Ledgewood Orientation
Welcome to Ledgewood.
Before you step fully into your role, we want you to understand something important:
This is not just a workplace. It is home to the people we serve.
Every policy, every interaction, every tray delivered, every charted note — it all comes back to one thing: protecting the dignity, safety, and rights of our residents.
This orientation playlist is designed to give you a strong foundation in:
- Resident Rights and federal protections
- Abuse, neglect, and exploitation prevention
- Communicating with residents living with dementia
- Infection prevention and control
- Workplace safety and violence prevention
These videos are concise but essential. They reflect the standards we expect at Ledgewood and the regulations that govern long-term care facilities.
